We are responsible for collecting Onedia County Sales Tax (4.75%), New York State Sales Tax (4%), and Onedia County Occupancy Tax (5%). The popular rental platforms, such as Airbnb and VRBO, charge service fees of 13%-18%. Camp Foothills charges a service fee of only 5% to cover processing fees, tax administration, website fees, and other administrative costs.
